It is an Over Night Rental. The Session Duration is the estimated time of setup.

Cancellation Policy

DEPOSIT & BOOKING: A $150.00 non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking in order to reserve your party date and theme. The deposit will go towards the total rental cost of your party. If not received within 48 hours of your booking, your date and theme will be released. The remaining rental balance will be due 72 hours prior to delivery. Final payments not received by this time will result in the cancellation of your party with no exception.
